Dean Russ

Dean is experienced in advising and acting for commercial and public sector organisations, executors, trustees, government departments, and individuals.

His practice focuses on commercial disputes, including construction, commercial property, company law, contract interpretation, trusts, estates, and medico-legal matters. In addition to a broad civil litigation practice, Dean represents clients facing prosecution under the Resource Management, Building, Commerce and Fair Trading Acts and other regulatory frameworks.

Dean regularly appears in the District and High Courts, the Employment Relations Authority and Court, Appellate Courts and other specialist tribunals and has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Dean is available to take instructions throughout New Zealand.
